Appointments with
the Doc
Open Mon-Sat by appointment only. Guaranteed hours Wednesday and Friday from 9am-5pm, other days vary. Click on the appointment you wish to schedule to see availability. Don’t see something that works for you? Reach out to the Doc!
Most intake forms will be completed upon booking your appointment however there may still be additional forms so please arrive 10-15 min prior to your appointment. We have 2 massage chairs you can take advantage of while you wait for the Doc.
A credit card will be required to reserve your appointment however you will not be charged until the service has been rendered. No shows will be charged in full and a $50 cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours of appointment, with the exception of medical necessity.
